I’m selling this book as at near to the cost of production as I can. That way, more people get the chance to read and share it.

I'm avoiding the usual distribution channels such as Amazon - who are part of the problem that's addressed in the book.

However - Printing in the US is more expensive than in the UK

To keep US costs down I have produced the book in black & white rather than colour (The UK version is in colour)

Therefore, before buying it would be worth you checking whether it is cheaper to order the book from the UK and pay for extra shipping

(Not great - but I'm not sure how else I make this as inexpensive as possible!)
