What difference can one Hummingbird make?
Asked 8 BILLION Hummingbirds...

The Dragon and the Hummingbird is an information-rich satire about
Capitalism, Climate Change
and the power of individual action
“I can’t remember when I last read a book from cover to cover – with a small break for sleep before the final chapter. A super exposition, with a nice fairytale to set off with. A massive shift is required, and if this helps to stimulate it, good on you!”

Why I wrote this book
Whenever I'm with friends and the subject of climate change comes up, the conversation hits a wall.
We get bogged down in the same grievances: China’s coal plants, the validity of the science, the failures of capitalism. We trade soundbites, get defensive, and go nowhere. It’s exhausting, which is why so many people have stopped engaging.
Climate change is a mix of science, economics, and human nature. When you pull those threads apart, nothing makes sense. But when you lay them out together, a coherent picture emerges.
I wrote this book to untangle that knot.
I wanted to provide one straight-line argument, from start to finish, in one place.
And it needed to be accessible. This isn't a lecture. You don’t need a PhD to read it, and you won’t be blamed for what you don’t know. Progress doesn't come from shaming people; it comes when the mainstream understands the challenge well enough to act.
After all, if the forest is on fire, we have to ask: What difference can one hummingbird make?
The answer is: EVERYTHING - if enough of us show up.
